  • This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
  • Private parking is available.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
  • Minimum age to rent this property: 35 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No smoking allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property.
  • Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • This property is pet friendly with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee per dog.
